Equity golf is defined by the fact that you are purchasing a percentage of the ownership in the golf course along with all the other golf course members. There are 30 Equity Golf Course Communities in Collier County.
The course membership is usually set at between 300-350 members so that play time is readily available even in the peak of season. Clubs with fewer members have a higher priced membership fee. Fees in Naples Equity clubs range from $12,000 to over $150,000. Upon the sale of your property you will receive a full or partial refund of the membership fee.
